Universal Designers & Consultants can review your architectural plans (construction documents and specifications) at any stage of a new construction or renovation project. We will give you a detailed report identifying accessibility issues citing the specific guidelines, codes and regulations and suggest practical solutions.

We can meet with you and your design team in person or via a streaming online computer platform, to review and assist in resolving any issues identified by our analysis.  We can inspect your property at the “punch list” stage and provide you with cost estimates for changes and we can also review your specification and hardware/door schedule sheets to provide you with information on accessible construction products, appliances, accessories, hardware and fixtures.
